I haven’t had the chance to write any posts recently because of work travel and computer issues but I am now getting to some of my content from Ireland.
I recently went to Ireland with some friends for a wedding and we had the chance to travel around the country for 10 days. Our first stop was Dublin and after a red eye flight we went straight to the Guinness and Jameson factories! Both were a really cool experience but I preferred the Jameson tour for the tour guide and tasting!

Afterwards we went to Temple Bar for food and drinks and then I checked out Trinity college to shoot a day to night timelapse. I had an idea of the composition I wanted since I had been there before. The sky was amazingly perfectly clear (abnormal for Ireland) so there wasn’t many exciting sunset colors. I put my camera in Aperture priority (f/10 and ISO 800) and with an interval for 5 seconds. I ended up shooting for only about 25 minutes since I was really tired and jet lagged. The shutter speed eventually reached 2.0 seconds. Overall the video turned out pretty good!

Look for more posts this week from our trips around Ireland including Kinsale, the Ring of Kerry, Dingle, Galway, and Northern Ireland!
