Indy Dronelapse

This past week I was in Indianapolis and had a chance to fly my Mavic Air for a Dronelapse. Indy has a park at the White River which has a scenic view of the skyline. I thought this would be a great opportunity for a day time Dronelapse.

I shoot my dronelapses in Tap to Fly mode at 2.2 mph with a 2 second interval on the camera. I use a manual exposure for the camera and then smooth the video in After Effects Warp Stabilizer.

This video was a little more difficult to shoot since it was in a city and I had a lot of interference. I sent my drone out 2000 feet and about 300 ft in the air for the shot. The 2000 ft then flies towards me and is a good distance to land the drone at about 30% battery life.

The conditions were perfect with low wind and great clouds. Hope you enjoy!
